Unlike painting, drawing and photography collage does not come with generations of elitism to scare off those who have not studied art or materials that mean the cost is just not viable.
You can use anything you have to hand such as advertisements, magazines, old phone bills, maps and leaflets. I believe that the accessibility of collage means it is truly an art form of the people
In this session we'll be looking at artists that use collage in their work and making our own collages based around the theme of identity.
There will be a space to discuss what you have made, but this is entirely up to you if you would like to participate.

You will need:
Access to a computer/ tablet or smartphone
Paper
Magazines/ advertisements/ newspapers
Glue stick
Scissors

Picturesque Plants
Online or In Person
In this session, we'll be using the theme of plants. Plants are a fantastic tool for relaxation and in this session, we'll be looking at how different artists have focused on different parts of plants to create different kinds of images.
There will be a space to discuss what you have made, but this is entirely up to you if you would like to participate.

Paper
Your choice of colour pencils, pens, or paints (or a mixture) – whatever medium you are most comfortable with.
